Office of Equity and Inclusion

The Office of Equity and Inclusion’s core purpose is to transform perspectives by strategically providing direction to the college on equity and inclusion.

Bias Response Team

The mission of the bias response team is to receive, review and respond to incidents of bias as well as promote a safe bias-free campus environment.

BRIDGES

The BRIDGES Plan is an ongoing commitment to supporting the academic, professional and personal growth of students, employees and community members through belongingness, equity and inclusion. It emphasizes shared responsibility across the colleges and is reviewed at least every two years to remain responsive, relevant and aligned with institutional missions.

Mosaic Cultural Center

An educational hub on the Coon Rapids campus designed to serve as a social network to bring together the college’s diverse group of students to share their personal cultures and stories. The Mosaic Cultural Center is a place to study, relax and meet new people of different cultural backgrounds.
