Policy 5B.1 Institutional Support: Publicity Services

Public Information

All official announcements and news releases concerning Anoka-Ramsey Community College are to be approved by the College President or his designee. Suggestions for human interest features, news releases, public service announcements or other publicity ideas are to be forwarded to the Director of Marketing and Public Relations.

Publications such as catalogs, brochures, bulletins and handbooks that are intended for public distribution must be approved by the President or his designee prior to printing and distribution.

Sample copies of all major brochures, flyers, posters, catalogs and other publications are to be forwarded to the Director of Marketing and Publications, where they will be kept on file.
