Testing Accommodations
Testing accommodations help ensure students with approved disabilities receive accessible, equitable testing experiences by guiding them through scheduling, coordination and important testing procedures. Students can request accommodations through the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) and follow step‑by‑step instructions to plan their exams with Testing Services.
Requesting & Scheduling Accommodated Testing
To receive testing accommodations, students must be approved through the Office for
Students with Disabilities (OSD). To request accommodations, visit OSD's webpage and complete the process of requesting accommodations.
Important Things to Remember:
- Students utilizing accommodations must follow the Testing Center policies and procedures
- Students must show a picture ID to test
- The Office for Students with Disabilities does not schedule testing, however we are happy to assist in the process if need
Approved testing accommodations can be used on any exam, quiz, or test required for your courses. Students are responsible for communicating and coordinating needed testing accommodations with Testing Services and their instructors by following the Steps to Schedule Testing Accommodations. The mode in which testing accommodations are delivered may depend on student need, course delivery method, and/or staff availability.
Students not currently approved for testing accommodations through OSD, but in need of support and access to exams, should visit OSD's webpage complete the Steps to Request. The following information applies to those with a current Letter of Accommodation approved by OSD.
